• LOG BOOKS
  • We keep a log book at your site where you may leave instructions for the Greencore cleaning staff and where our crew can pass important information to you about unusual conditions they have observed in your facility (for example, doors left unlocked).
• DAMAGE REPORTS
  • Greencore's cleaning personnel are required to report any damage, breakage, plumbing problems, or maintenance needs/issues immediately to their supervisor. Management will notify you immediately.
• REGULAR SITE INSPECTIONS
  • We certainly don't expect our clients to monitor our services. Every facility receives a regular inspection from one of our Managers. A written inspection report is created for areas requiring improvement. This report is reviewed with the site supervisor and cleaning personnel. All quality control issues are rectified immediately. Sites are re-inspected to ensure a permanent improvement has been achieved.
